General Rules

 

1. Registration and use of the website is available free of charge and exclusively for educational, awareness, and competition purposes, and for personal, non-commercial use, and may not be used for commercial profit, recommendations or financial advice.

 

2. The contestant is deemed to agree to the competition’s terms and conditions once he/she registers on the site.

3. Mubasher Group reserves the copyright and any other intellectual property rights in all the contents of the site.

4. Mubasher Group has the right to use the information entered by participants in any studies or statistics and share it with any other parties, with the exception of personal information.

5. The users of the site are not entitled to copy, print or download any of its contents, and have no right to copy or save any part of this site or its contents in any other site or save it in any public or private electronic system for extracting data without the prior written consent of Mubasher.

 

6. Competition’s duration will be for 1 month starting on 1st of September and ending on 30th of September (Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm GMT -4, in synchronization with NYSE & NASDAQ).

 

Technical Conditions

 

1. Competition Registration is open to anyone in the GCC.

2. Registration is done online through the website and contestants must provide their full name, email, mobile number, and personal ID number.

3. Every contestant is able to create and use only 1 account per competition.

4. Once account is created, user will be granted $100,000 USD of virtual money to be used for trading.

5. Trading can be done only on certain stocks in NYSE & NASDAQ.

6. Stock/Market information will be based on Real-time prices. This information can be used for the sole purpose of the competition only.

 

7. A leader-board will be updated daily with the top 10 contestants.

8. To win the competition, Contestants must obtain the highest growth rate in his/her investment portfolio during the period of the competition.

REGISTRATION METHODS

Registration is carried out via 1st Investor website. Once the User Register in First Investor he/she will receive a confirmation email including his email and Password, the company is not liable for lost or delayed subscriptions or those not received for any reason.

 

REGISTRATION MECHANISM

  • Registration is carried out via 1st Investor website.
  • A correct mobile number should be given.
  • The participant should complete all the registration steps.
  • A confirmation message is then sent to the participant in his mail, including password and log-in name.
  • After log-in, the participant shall receive a virtual amount equivalent to $100,000 USD so they can virtually trade.
  • All competition-related promotional messages are sent for free.

 

POST-REGISTRATION PHASE

  • After registration, the user can start virtual buying and selling according to the market’s working hours.
  • Price Feed Level in the 1st Investor is delayed 15 minutes; however, the trades will be executed based on the Real Market Prices.
  • Activation and confirmation messages will be sent according to technical capabilities all day.

 

DETAILS OF ANNOUNCING TOP USERS RANK

  • The User Rank will be calculated based on the gained Points of each user and according to his Trading Performance in the Virtual Portfolio.
